Not all items are kept in stock. Please check product descriptions for potential wait times as not all items are kept in stock. If your item(s) are required by a specific date, contact us directly prior to placing your order.

To ensure payment security, your payment will be processed by a third party at the time your order is placed. Any additions to the original order, and/or additional shipping charges, once the order has been processed are not possible and must be processed as a new, seperate order/shipping invoice.

Orders will normally be ready to ship out from our facility 2-7 business days after the order is placed unless otherwise stated on product page. You will be contacted through email if any items are currently unavailable or cannot ship out within the normal processing time.

Returns/Exchanges: All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please include a copy of your original order reciept with the reason for your return. You will be refunded for the item/s once they are received at the return address. Returns/refunds for online purchases cannot be processed in store. If you'd like to arrange a drop off at one of our locations to avoid return shipping costs please call or email so we can set up a refund through our online processor. If you are looking to do an exchange please email dancewearonline@gmail.com so we can set up a shipping invoice for the exchanged item to be sent out upon arrival of the return. *Special Orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
